In this article, we'll review how to install an Amplifi router from Sitoo.
- Connect the internet cable to the blue port on the back of your router.
- Connect the other end of the internet cable to your internet source.
- Connect the power cord to the smallest port in the lower right corner on the back of your router, and connect the other end to the wall socket.
- Wait a moment until you receive a sound from the router.
- Look at the screen and see if there's and updates required. If so, please press Update.
- Wait a moment until you receive a sound from the router.
- Tap once on the screen to inspect the name of the network that you've connected the router to during step 1 & 2.
- Now connect your computer or iPad to the same network.
- At this point a dialogue will appear on your computer screen where you will be able to name the router network and also set a password.
- We recommend that you name your network to something along the lines of Sitoo_POS... This will make it much easier for the store personnel to locate the network.
- Leave ”Use the same password for administration” marked as it is.
- Enter the network and password, then press Save and Continue.
- You will be automatically forwarded and able to connect to the correct network.
- Your router is now configured and ready to be connected to Sitoo POS.

- Go to the App Store and download the app 'AmpliFi WiFi'.
- Enter AmpliFi WiFi in the search field and download the app.
- Make sure that the iPad/iPhone is connected to the Amplifi network, the same as your other hardware is connected to.
- Select the option continue on the first image.
- Select 'I already have configured AmpliFi'.
- Open the app and tap 'Clients' in the left corner.
- In the section 'Clients Connected' you'll have a list similar to this one:
- Tap your finger on the device that you want to Lock. You will den receive this image:
- Select 'Create static lease' in the left corner.
- Replace the name with something that describes the devices, such as Card Terminal1 or Receipt Printer1 etc.
- Tap the check icon in the upper right corner to save you changes.
Repeat the steps above for all the devices whose IP you want to lock.
