Integrated card terminal
You can integrate your card terminal to Sitoo POS and allow communication to and from the cash register. The terminals that can be fully integrated with Sitoo will be listed below. If you wish to use a terminal not listed here, you can. You will however need to enter the purchase sums manually as well as create a custom payment option in Sitoo Backoffice, see more here: external payment options.
For iOS. Make sure that LAN is allowed for Sitoo POS. See the iOS device's “Settings” > “Apps” > “Sitoo POS”. “Local Network” should be enabled.

Installing Verifone VX820
- Locate the black switch on the terminal cord.
- Connect the network cable to the switch. Make sure you connect the cable to the ETH port. See image below. The network cable is then connected to any yellow socket on the router.
- Connect the power cord to the switch. The power cord is then connected to any electrical outlet.
- Proceed to the step below, Connect your card terminal to the cash register.
Installing Bambora (Ingenico IPP350)
- Connect the supplied cord to the back of the card terminal.
- Locate the switch further down the cord and connect the network cable to the switch. The network cable is then connected to any yellow socket on the router.
- Connect the power cord to the switch.The power cord is then connected to any electrical outlet.
- Proceed to the step below, Connect your card terminal to the cash register.
Installing Nets (Ingenico IPP350 / Lane 3000 etc)
- Connect the supplied cord to the back of the terminal.
- Locate the switch further down the cord and connect the network cable to any yellow outlet on the router.
- Connect the power cord to the switch. The power cord is then connected to any electrical outlet.
- Open up Sitoo POS and tap Menu > Settings > Hardware Devices.
Press + and select Nets. You will find illustrations of these steps in the next paragraph; Connect your card terminal to the cash register, steps 1-4. - Then you'll see an IP address, note this, you need to enter it on the terminal.
- Choose payment method: Card.
- Once the terminal has started, swipe the supplied Merchant Card in the terminal.
- Then press: Settings (6) > Change (1) > Checkout (3).
- ECR should be ON.
- Under the ECR IP Address, enter the IP that was shown in Sitoo POS. To jump between the numbers, press the GREEN button. For example: 192 GREEN 168 GREEN 1 GREEN 110 GREEN.
- The terminal will restart and the changes will be stored.
Please verify these default settings in the terminal.

Connect your card terminal to Sitoo POS
- Open the Sitoo POS app on your iPad. Press the menu in the upper left corner and then Settings.
- Here you'll see a list of currently connected hardware devices, such as the card terminal.
- Tap the plus icon in the upper right corner.
- Choose Adyen, Bambora, Verifone or Nets depending on what terminal you have (if you are using a Yomani terminal, pick Verifone).
- Tap the magnifying glass in the upper right corner. The app will then search for your card terminal on your network. When the terminal appears after a short while, tap it to add it.
If you are using more than one terminal you will need to ascertain the IP adress of your terminal to ensure that the correct terminal is connected to your cash register. See the section below for information on how to do retrieve the IP adress. - The text field stating the IP address should now automatically be filled in with string of numbers, the same as the IP address in your card terminal.
- Tap Payment Type and choose Card.
- Tap Done in the upper left corner.
Retrieving the IP address of your terminal
Verifone VX820
- Log out of the cash register.
- On your terminal, press Menu and then Express menu. The IP adress will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Log in to the cash register and open menu > Settings.
- Tap on your terminal under Hardware Devices.
- Compare the IP adress here with the one displayed on your terminal. They should be identical.
Bambora
- On your terminal, press Menu and then input password 2020.
- Press Help (4) and then scroll down to line 11 where you'll find the IP adress for the terminal.
- Log in to the cash register and open menu > Settings.
- Tap on your terminal under Hardware Devices.
- Compare the IP adress here with the one displayed on your terminal. They should be identical.
Yomani
- On your terminal, press Menu and then input password 123456.
- Press Communication (2) > Network (1) > Terminal IP (2).
- Log in to the cash register and open menu > Settings.
- Tap on your terminal under Hardware Devices.
- Compare the IP adress here with the one displayed on your terminal. They should be identical.
Adyen
- On your terminal, press (5) + GREEN botton at the same time. You will then receive an information box with QR code and IP address.
- Log in to the cash register and open menu > Settings.
- Tap on your terminal under Hardware Devices.
- Compare the IP adress here with the one displayed on your terminal. They should be identical.
Restarting your terminal
Verifone VX820
Method 1: Remove the power cord from the terminal (either by pulling it from the socket or removing it from the terminal itself)
Method 2: Restart the terminal by first logging out from the cash register. Then on your terminal, press Menu - Express menu - Restart.
Bambora
Method 1: Restart by holding down the yellow button and period-button (the one below 9) simultaneously.
Method 2: Unplug and reconnect the power cord that is connected to the adapter.
Yomani
Method 1: Press Menu - Password 123456 - and then Functions (1) and then Restart (6)
Method 2: Unplug and reconnect the power cord that is connected to the adapter.
Adyen
Method for wired terminal: Remove the power cord from the terminal if you have a wired model.
Method for wireless temrinal: Press and hold (9) + GREEN button at the same time > Enter the PIN you received from Adyen > Restart / Power Off.
