In this article we go through how to make sales in one store and deliver the purchase to the customer from another store, ie send the products from another store or warehouse. This procedure can be applied, for example, if the product is out of stock in your store and therefore can be sent from another store or warehouse with a positive stock balance.
You can choose to split the purchase so that, for example, a product is paid and delivered in your store and another product is paid and sent to the customer from another store.
- Add one or more products to the shopping cart.
- Tap the product that you wish to be delivered in another store.
- Unmark the checkbox named Delivered. The text should be gray.
- Leave the dialogue by tapping somewhere sels on the screen.
- The product will now have the status NOT DELIVERED.
- Add a customer. Enter name, address, zip code and city.
- Press the button Pay, and choose from which store the purchase should be sent to the customer. In this dialogue window you will also receive information about the stock balance in that particular store.
- Select the option Deliver to address, which will nu turn green.
- Enter all address fields > Press OK.
- Choose a payment option and commit the transaction.
In the store designated to send the purchase to the customer will be notified by the POS. The button Fetch will be marked with a red icon indicating that action will be required.
Prepare the delivery
You can prepare the prepaid products to be picked up in your store by:
- Press Fetch > Pickup & Delivery.
- The pre-paid purchase will now be shown in the list.
- The purchase should be marked with the text Delivery.
- Select the delivery in the list.
- Select Print out. A pick list is printed which also indicates the customers contact information and when the purchase was made. It can be used to complete the delivery and attach to the package.
Deliver/Send the purchase

- Press Fetch > Pickup & Delivery.
- Form the list select the correct delivery.
- Press Finish > Press OK.
- The transaction is now complete and delivered from your store.
Afterwards you should order transportation for the delivery. This is determined by your own procedures for how you want to do this.
Change designated store
If the store has received a delivery order from another store but are not able to complete the delivery due to low stock balance in the store, you can change the store; ie deciding that the products should be sent from another store or warehouse.
Stores can also choose to transfer deliveries/pickups from one store to their own through the same procedure.
- Press Fetch > Pickup & Delivery.
- Locate the delivery in you list, marked Delivery.
- Swipe left on the screen.
- Now a blue botton named Change store will appear.
- Select Change store and decide on a different store from the list > Press OK.
Purchase receipt and delivery receipt
Receipt of purchase in store 1
Receipt No. 1: When the customer carries out the transaction, a receipt is printed out with a description of the purchase. The receipt contains both information about the products that were handed over to the customer directly upon purchase and information about products that have not yet been delivered, as they must sent from another store.
Receipt of pickup in store 2
Receipt No. 2: When the store delivers products that have been paid in another store, a delivery receipt is printed which becomes the customer's copy. The receipt contains information about which products are delivered to the customer, and in which store the initial transaction was carried out and in which store the delivery was made. This can be added to the delivery package.
Receipt of pickup in store 2 - The store copy
Receipt No. 3: When the store delivers products that have been prepaid in another store, a delivery receipt is printed which becomes the store's copy. The receipt contains the same information as Receipt No. 2 but does also contain required fields for signature; Name, Phone and Signature. Since the customer is not in the store when the products are to be sent, the customer is not able sign this receipt. How this is handled is thus up to each store.
