When that is done you need to add a product group of the type Services.
Then add the type of products that should be available when the customer hands in the product they want a repair or service on. For example a product called “broken zipper” attached to your new added product group “Service”. Either you can add a price attached on that product or leave it blank for the store personal to decide upon request.
Now you are able to add your first service order inside your Sitoo POS app.
Go to the Sitoo POS app and open up the sidebar menu.
Tap Service Orders
To add a service order press on the plus icon (+) in the bottom left corner
Then add the product the customer wants a service or repair on. If you still have the barcode you can scan the product or you can add it by searching.
Now choose the service you want to perform on the product you added. In this step you can also add a note or change the % on the price towards the customer if that should be the case.
You can add several services on a product but one order can just be on one product at a time. If a customer has several products to perform services on you need to add one service order for each.
Add customer information you would like to have. Name is required but you also have the option to add email and mobile number.
Press add.
The Order will be marked as new and will be saved under that tab.
You can change a status on a service order by opening it up and going to the status row and choosing the status you want to update the service order to.
You can also change the status of a service order to Ongoing or Service Done.
