Under Settings > General Settings in Sitoo Backoffice you are able add authority levels to certain actions in Sitoo POS to increase security. The different security levels include:
Allowed - The staff is allowed to perform these actions without any restrictions
Require PIN - The staff needs to enter their own PIN code before proceeding to payment. This is to prevent potential fraud or stealing.
Require two PINs - The staff needs to enter their own PIN code plus one more colleagues PIN code in order to complete the action. This is to prevent potential fraud or stealing.
Not allowed - The staff is not allowed to use this functionality

There can be different restrictions based on the store staff type. You can set separate authority levels for store staff and store managers.
