You can connect a certain customer to a certain campaign if you are using our built in customer database.
If you are using one of our partners for customer data, please contact our integration support.
First we will edit a customer and add a voucher-password and then we will create a campaign designed for this specific customer (the reverse order works fine as well).
To begin with we will edit a contact.
- In your Backoffice, click Contacts.
- Click the Pen & Paper icon to edit your chosen contact.
- Scroll to the “Customer Password” section and enter the password you wish to use for the connected campaign (e.g “MEMBER”)
- Click save.
Now we will create a campaign.
- In your Backoffice, click Campaigns
- Choose the type of campaign you wish to create (see our support articles for the different types) and enter the values as you would for a regular campaign.
- Make sure that the Password is the same as the one entered on the Contact (e.g “MEMBER”)
- Click save.
When you add this customer to a purchase, any active campaigns for this customer will be automatically applied to the purchase.
Note that it is still necessary to meet campaign requirements (for example a 3 for 2 campaign will only activate if three products associated with the campaign is in the cart).
