No Zebra printer found
If you encounter the error message "No Zebra printer found" when trying to print a label you will have to open the Zebra Browser Print program and make sure that there is a printer selected in the "Default Devises section. If not, click the Change button and search for your printer. Choose it from the list and click SET and try printing again.
If no printer appears, check the connection (ethernet, usb, etc) and try again.
Can't add Accepted Hosts in Browser Print
Go to https://localhost:9101/ssl_support and ignore the warning that the connection is not secure.
If your web browser won't let you connect to the page, click "Advanced" and "Continue anyway". This message will differ depending on your browser but all of them will have a section you will have to click to expand and then a Continue button. Since you are connecting locally on your printer this warning is a false positive and nothing to worry about.
No request to add yourstore.mysitoo.com as Accepted host
If you don't get a request to add your Backoffice URL as an accepted host when you log in to your backoffice, restart the Browser Print program. On PC, right click the Zebra head icon in the bottom right of your screen (next to time and date) and click Exit. On Mac, click the Zebra head icon in the top bar and then click Exit.
Then open the Browser Print program again and go to Backoffice > Products. You should now be presented with a request to add as accepted host. Click YES.
