Creating a shipment
Go to Menu > Inventory > Ship to Store.
Tap the + sign in the top right corner to add a new shipment.
A new package will automatically be created for you. To add products to be included in this package, simply scan the item's barcode, or add them manually by tapping the + sign in the lower middle of the view. Note that the Search field here is meant for searching for added products and not actually adding products.
If you tap the + sign you can then search for products manually by searching for their title, SKU or barcode values. Once you find your product, tap it and you will be presented with a pop up allowing you to specify the amount of this product to be added to the shipment.
If you wish to add another package to the shipment you can do so by tapping the icon in the lower right (the icon with a package and a plus). Add products to this package as described above. You can easily toggle between the packages by tapping the name of the Package and selecting another.
When you have added all the products and packages you want to the shipment, tap Next in the top right corner.
The Origin warehouse will be automatically filled in and you will need to specify the Destination warehouse, that is the warehouse/store that will be receiving the items you are shipping.
Select the correct store and then tap Confirm > OK.
A new shipment has now been created and given the status "In Transit". The Destination store will now be able to receive the shipment on their end.
Receiving a shipment
Go to Menu > Inventory > Shipments
A list of all shipments sent to your store will be presented here. Tap the shipment you wish to receive to start the process.
Your first order of business is to confirm the packages arrival. To do so, simply tap the line with an orange exclamation mark.
Check mark the arrived packages contained within the shipment and then tap Confirm arrival.
Now that the packages have been confirmed it is time to receive the products contained within the packages. Tap the blue Receive items-button at the bottom.
The easiest way to receive the items is to scan the barcode of the items within the package. They will then be added to the list and you can choose to either scan each item individually or scan it once and then tap it and enter the amount for that specific item.
You can also use the Summary view to accept them without using a scanner. Tap the line for Summary and then tap a product that appear on the list and enter the amounts you received for this particular item.
Alternatively you can also choose to accept all products, if you are confident that all of them have arrived or have counted them externally from the app, by tapping the "..." in the bottom right corner and choosing Accept All Items.
If you received items that was not present on the actual shipment you can add these to the shipment by tapping the + sign. You will be presented with a search field where you can search for the product that was sent to you but not included in the shipment. When you find it, tap on it to add it to the shipment as an undeclared item. Tap it again in the list to add amounts to it.
If you wish to remove an item from the list, simply swipe to the left on the line for that item and tap remove, or swipe far to the left and it will be automatically removed.
When you have received all the items, tap Next in the upper right corner to confirm it. Make sure that everything looks correct and then tap Confirm to finalise the shipment and add the amounts to your warehouse.
Receiving a partial shipment
You are able to receive parts of a shipment if you wish. For instance, you might prioritise some items in a large shipment and therefore want them added to your stock before the other items within the shipment.
Confirm the packages arrival as described above and start receiving items. In this example we will only receive half of the total items in the shipment.
When you are done receiving the prioritised items, tap Close in the upper left corner to return to the shipment view. Once here, tap Next in the top right and finally Complete Partial Shipment.
The items you received will be added to your stock and the remaining items will be able to be received at a later time. In your inbound shipments view the shipment will look like this.
When you are ready to receive the outstanding items simply follow the above instructions on how to receive items within a shipment and finalise it.
