In Sitoo, you can create, edit and manage shipments between your warehouses and stores. Log in to Sitoo Backoffice > Shipping: Here you'll be presenter with a list of all your shipments. Here you are able to filter the list of Active / Inactive shipments as well as the Status of the shipment.
You can also sort your list based on ID as well as Status by pressing either ID or Status.

Create shipment
- Log into Backoffice > Shipments.
- Tap the add icon in the left corner
- Fill in all the information fields regarding the Sender and also the warehouse in which the shipment is to be sent.
- Fill in all the information fields regarding the Receiver and also the warehouse in which the shipment is to be received.
- Fill in all the information fields regarding the shipment, such as the Carrier and tracking URL.
- Tap the shimpent contents > Tap the button Add package.
- Tap the blue text Add Item.
- Search for the desired produkt, for example by product name or SKU > Press search.
- Tap the product row.
- Enter Quantity
- Add additional products by once again tap Add Item.
- Enter External Package ID, Barcode and Comment when you have added all you desired products.
- Tap the button Add package if you wish to add additional packages, and then repeat step 7 - 12.
- Save.
Edit shipment
- Log into Backoffice > Shipments.
- Tap the edit icon to the left on the shipment row
- You are in the section Info able to edit the state of the shipment; Sent, Received, Cancelled. You are also able to archive the shipment.
- In the section Receiver you are able to edit the receiver information.
- In the section Shipment you are able to edit the shipment information.
- Save.
Note!
It is not possible to edit the shipment content once the shipment is created.
Manage shipments in store
Once the shipment is created it will be found in the cash register whose warehouse is set as a receiver.
- Sitoo POS > Menu > Delivery in.
- Forthcoming shipments to be received by the store are located in the delivery in list.
- Tap the shipment.
- Count the products in the shipment and enter the received amount in the dialog box.
- Commit and save the delivery in.

Shipments can also be managed in Sitoo Backoffice according to the steps in the section Edit shipment above.
