Refund with Klarna in store

You can easily make repurchases with Klarna Checkout in store by following these steps:

1. Start a repurchase by for example scanning the customer's receipt.
2. When choosing how the customer wants to get their refund, click on the payment option named Klarna.
3. Enter the mobile number that the customer used when making the purchase.
4. In the Reference box, enter the order number shown on the top of the customer receipt.

If you need another way to find the reference number, you can proceed with the following steps:

1. Press Fetch > Order/Receipts.
2. Search for the order.
3. You will find the order numer at the top of the receipt.
