If the amount has been drawn on the customer's card without any receipt being produced from Sitoo POS, the purchase has not gone through. A rule of thumb is that a receipt must always be produced for a transaction to be completed.
The money drawn from the customer's card is only reserved and will then be canceled. Contact your card terminal provider for more information.

Note!
Double check that there is no error on the receipt printer which causes the missing receipt. You can easily see if a receipt is stuck in the print queue. If this has happened, a warning symbol appears in the upper left corner.
