If the amount has been deducted twice on the customer's card, the problem is likely to originate from the card terminal provider.
- Make sure that the purchase has not been registered twice in Sitoo POS. Go to Sitoo POS > Fetch > Order / Receipt > Sort by store and day. You can also check this in Back Office > Orders.
- If you only find a purchase in Sitoo, you should contact your card terminal provider.
