Under the tab Contacts in Backoffice you can administer all your contacts, whether they are your staff, customers or people who have signed up for your newsletter. You can also add new contacts or edit the existing ones. Read more about how you add a new contact and their access rights.
Tags
You can manually group your contacts together with tags. By using tags you can easily find a specific group of contacts.
Creating tags
- Click Edit tags in the bottom right corner.
- Enter the name for your new tag. When you're done, click Save
Tag users
You can apply tags to your contacts while editing them (clicking the Pen & Paper icon) but if you want to apply tags in batches, follow the steps below.
- Check the contact in the box to the left of their name.
- Click Add tags in the bottom left corner. Pick the appropriate tags and then click Save.
Staff
You can easily add staff to your Backoffice with different clearance levels. The contact will then have its role visible in the red text.
If you have a large group of staff you can use tags to search for a specific group of contacts. For example, one tag each for the different roles of your staff, one for newsletter contacts, etc. Alternatively you can filter the contacts in the dropdown list, switching from All contacts to Staff only.
